客服技巧和商品包装同样影响客户满意

     数据表明:除了商品自身价值外,客服销售技巧、外包装是目前影响客户的主要因素。因此,对客服人员的培训极大影响销售转化。同时,商品包装精美,也可以让客户倾向给个好评。这个数据仅供参考。可以见图。

     不过,笔者认为快递效率的满意度比例要高于外包装。毕竟,国外市场数据显示物流的重视度更高。不知道有没有其他数据能够证明一下。

 

 

     如上图:商品本身价值占比45%,客服销售技巧占比35%,外包装精美占比10%,快递效率占比7%,其他因素为3%。

     数据只是参考,想让客户满意度高,还是把以上几点都做好才是重要的。
